N.Y. Public Housing Law § 56: Authorities created prior to the enactment of this chapter

§ 56. Authorities created prior to the enactment of this chapter. Any

authority created prior to the enactment of this chapter pursuant to the

provisions of the municipal housing authorities law shall continue, as

now constituted, in existence as an authority under the provisions of

this chapter.
