N.Y. Public Service Law § 1: Short title

§ 1. Short title. This chapter shall be known as the "Public Service

Law." Reference in any law to the public service commission law shall

mean the public service law, and amendments, in form, to the public

service commission law enacted by the legislature of nineteen hundred

thirty shall be treated as amendments to the public service law.
