N.Y. Racing, Pari-Mutuel Wagering and Breeding Law § 106: Salary and expenses

§ 106. Salary and expenses. 1. The commission shall fix the

compensation for its officers and employees within the amounts

appropriated therefor.

2. The members, officers and employees of the commission shall be

reimbursed for all actual and necessary traveling and other expenses and

disbursements incurred or made by them in the discharge of their

official duties.
