N.Y. Racing, Pari-Mutuel Wagering and Breeding Law § 1319: Hearings

§ 1319. Hearings. The commission and the board shall have the

independent authority to conduct hearings concerning the conduct of

gaming and applicants for gaming facility licenses in accordance with

any procedures set forth in this article and any applicable implementing

regulations.
