N.Y. Racing, Pari-Mutuel Wagering and Breeding Law § 414: Construction

§ 414. Construction. Nothing in sections two hundred twenty-two

through seven hundred five of this chapter shall be construed to

preclude the American Quarter Horse Association from independently

licensing or disciplining any of its members or performing any function

heretofore performed by that organization relative to its membership in

this state.
