N.Y. Racing, Pari-Mutuel Wagering and Breeding Law § 622: Separability

§ 622. Separability. If any section, provision or part of this

article, or the application thereof to any person or circumstances shall

be held invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder

thereof or the application of such section, provision or part to any

other person or circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
