N.Y. Railroad Law § 2: Definitions

§ 2. Definitions. As used in this chapter, unless the context

otherwise requires:

(1) "Commissioner of transportation", "Commissioner" or "commission"

means the state commissioner of transportation.

(2) "Certificate of incorporation" and "bonds" have the meaning set

forth in section one hundred two of the business corporation law.
