N.Y. Rapid Transit Law § 109: Inconsistent laws inapplicable

§ 109. Inconsistent laws inapplicable. The provisions of any laws or

parts of laws which are inconsistent with this chapter, and in so far

only as they are inconsistent with this chapter, shall have no

application to the rights, powers and obligations conferred or created

by and under authority of this chapter or to any proceedings taken

thereunder.
