N.Y. Rapid Transit Law § 73: Property deemed acquired for public use

§ 73. Property deemed acquired for public use. All property acquired

under the provisions of this chapter shall be and shall be deemed to

have been acquired for public uses and purposes, and for the purpose of

affording increased facilities for rapid transit between points within

the city acquiring such property.
