N.Y. Real Property Law § 339-hh: Reservation of power

§ 339-hh. Reservation of power. The legislature reserves the right to

alter, amend, suspend or repeal in whole or in part this article. Any

such change in this article shall be effective notwithstanding any

provisions of any declaration or by-laws.
