N.Y. Real Property Tax Law § 444: Historical societies

§ 444. Historical societies. Real property owned by a historical

society acquired for the purpose of inclosure, preservation and the

erection of monuments shall be entitled to the exemption provided in the

not-for-profit corporation law.
