N.Y. Real Property Tax Law § 454: Indians

§ 454. Indians. The real property in any Indian reservation owned by

the Indian nation, tribe or band occupying them shall be exempt from

taxation and exempt from special ad valorem levies and special

assessments to the extent provided in section four hundred ninety of

this chapter.
