N.Y. Religious Corporations Law § 461: Application for incorporation

§ 461. Application for incorporation. Any unincorporated church or any

heretofore incorporated church wishing to incorporate under this article

shall execute, acknowledge and file a certificate of incorporation as

hereinafter provided.
