N.Y. Retirement & Social Security Law § 1201: Applicability

§ 1201. Applicability. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the

contrary, the provisions of this article shall be applicable to all

employees in the retirement system who first joined such system on or

after January first, two thousand ten.
