N.Y. Retirement & Social Security Law § 1322: Benefit enhancements

§ 1322. Benefit enhancements. Notwithstanding any other law to the

contrary, eligible employees shall be eligible to receive benefits

specified by the mayor of the city of New York, provided that the

petition provided pursuant to subdivision c of section thirteen hundred

twenty-one of this article requested the election of such benefits.
