N.Y. Retirement & Social Security Law § 1324: Election not collectively bargained

§ 1324. Election not collectively bargained. The determination to make

an election in accordance with this article shall not be deemed to be,

or to relate to or affect, a term and condition of employment within the

meaning of article fourteen of the civil service law or any local law

enacted in furtherance thereof.
