N.Y. Retirement & Social Security Law § 504-c: Supplemental retirement allowance

§ 504-c. Supplemental retirement allowance. Individuals who are

receiving benefits from the New York state and local employees'

retirement system pursuant to this article and who will not be eligible

for escalation pursuant to section five hundred ten of this article

shall be entitled to supplemental retirement benefits provided in

section seventy-eight of this chapter if they meet all of the

eligibility requirements provided in section seventy-eight of this

chapter.
