N.Y. Second Class Cities Law § 180: Jurisdiction of police court

§ 180. Jurisdiction of police court. If, under the general or local

laws, there now exists or shall hereafter be established in the city a

court of criminal jurisdiction known as the police court, it shall have

the jurisdiction and powers hereinafter provided.
