N.Y. Second Class Cities Law § 252: Laws repealed

§ 252. Laws repealed. The following acts and parts of acts are hereby

repealed:

1. Of the laws enumerated in the schedule annexed, that portion

thereof specified in the last column.

2. All acts or parts of acts and ordinances of the city, in so far as

inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter.

Nothing herein contained, however, shall be deemed to repeal or in any

wise affect the validity of the provisions of chapter five hundred and

sixty of the laws of nineteen hundred and two; chapter three hundred and

seventy-eight of the laws of nineteen hundred and three; chapters one

hundred and seventeen, three hundred and ninety-four and five hundred

and fifty-three of the laws of nineteen hundred and three; chapter three

hundred and eighty of the laws of nineteen hundred and four; chapters

one hundred and eighteen, one hundred and ninety-one, two hundred and

twenty-three, five hundred and forty, five hundred and forty-one, five

hundred and forty-three, six hundred and forty-five, six hundred and

seventy-six and six hundred and eighty-six of the laws of nineteen

hundred and five; but all of such acts are hereby continued in full

force and effect.
