N.Y. Senate Rules Joint Rule 1, § 5: Effect of Inaccuracy

§ 5. Effect of Inaccuracy. If the estimate or estimates contained in a

fiscal impact note are inaccurate, such inaccuracy shall not affect,

impair or invalidate such bill.
