N.Y. Social Services Law § 131-g: Authority to accept public and private gifts

§ 131-g. Authority to accept public and private gifts. The

department or a social services district shall have the power to apply

for, accept, receive and expend public and private gifts or grants of

money, property or services for any purpose provided for by this

chapter.
