§ 355. Rules, regulations and forms. The department shall 1.

supervise the administration of family assistance,

2. prescribe the form of and print and supply to the public welfare

officials blanks for applications, reports, affidavits and such other

forms as it may deem advisable,

3. make regulations necessary for the carrying out of the provisions

of this title to the end that allowances may be granted and the

provisions of this title administered uniformly throughout the state.
