N.Y. Social Services Law § 45-g: Annual report

§ 45-g. Annual report. Beginning October first, nineteen hundred

eighty-eight, and each year thereafter, the commissioner shall report to

the governor and legislature on the success of the single room occupancy

support services program in assisting eligible residents to live

independently.
