N.Y. Social Services Law § 460-g: Construction

§ 460-g. Construction. The provisions of this article shall not be

deemed or construed to alter, amend, repeal or otherwise modify the

provisions of article nineteen-G of the executive law, relating to

secure and non-secure detention facilities, article nineteen-H of the

executive law relating to residential facilities operating as approved

runaway programs and transitional independent living support programs,

or articles thirteen and eighty-one of the mental hygiene law, relating

to facilities for the mentally disabled or drug dependent persons.
