N.Y. Social Services Law § 466-a: Agreements

§ 466-a. Agreements. The department shall enter into memorandums of

understanding with the office of mental health and the office for people

with developmental disabilities. The memorandums with the office for

people with developmental disabilities and the office of mental health

shall facilitate access by those offices to child care facilities

providing transitional care to young adults as may be necessary for

those offices to meet their responsibilities for monitoring the care of

the young adults.
