N.Y. State Finance Law § 107: Monthly statement of balances in state depositories

§ 107. Monthly statement of balances in state depositories. The

commissioner of taxation and finance shall cause to be published in the

state bulletin, on or before the last day of each month, a detailed

statement of the balance in the several banks designated by any state

officer or board as a depository of state funds. Such statement shall

contain the name of each bank and the amount subject to draft at the

close of the month preceding such publication.
