N.Y. State Finance Law § 179-cc: Judicial review

§ 179-cc. Judicial review. Any state agency action or failure to act

with respect to the contract approval process in implementation of a

program under the provisions of this article shall be subject to

judicial review in an action pursuant to article seventy-eight of the

civil practice law and rules brought by a not-for-profit organization

which provides services that would or could assist a state agency in

carrying out activities with respect to such program.
