N.Y. State Finance Law § 66-l: Certificates of participation executed and delivered by the state of New York bond bank agency on behalf of a political subdivision

§ 66-l. Certificates of participation executed and delivered by the

state of New York bond bank agency on behalf of a political subdivision.

The provisions of this article shall not apply to certificates of

participation executed and delivered by the state of New York bond bank

agency on behalf of a political subdivision as provided for in section

one hundred nine-b of the general municipal law and section twenty-four

hundred thirty-five-a of the public authorities law.
