N.Y. State Finance Law § 91-f: Adult home quality enhancement fund

§ 91-f. Adult home quality enhancement fund. 1. There is hereby

established in the joint custody of the state comptroller and the

commissioner of taxation and finance a special revenue fund to be known

as the adult home quality enhancement fund.

2. The adult home quality enhancement fund shall consist of moneys

received by the state pursuant to section four hundred sixty-d of the

social services law and all other moneys appropriated, credited or

transferred thereto from any other fund or source.

3. The moneys from the adult home quality enhancement fund shall be

disbursed by the department of health to promote programs to improve the

quality of care in adult homes.
