N.Y. State Finance Law § 92-gg*2: Subway assistance fund

* § 92-gg. Subway assistance fund. 1. There is hereby established in

the custody of the comptroller a special fund to be known as the subway

assistance fund.

2. The subway assistance fund shall consist of any monies directed

thereto pursuant to the provisions of section four of part VV of the

chapter of the laws of two thousand eighteen which added this section.

3. All monies deposited into the subway assistance fund pursuant to

part VV of the chapter of the laws of two thousand eighteen which added

this section shall be paid to the metropolitan transportation authority

without appropriation, for use in the same manner as the payments

required by subdivision (b) of section two of such part, as soon as

practicable but not more than five days from the date the comptroller

determines that the full amount of the unpaid balance of any payment

required by subdivision (b) of section two of such part has been

deposited into the subway assistance fund.
