N.Y. State Finance Law § 94-b: Judiciary data processing offset fund

§ 94-b. Judiciary data processing offset fund. 1. There is hereby

established in the joint custody of the state comptroller and the

commissioner of taxation and finance a fund to be known as the

"judiciary data processing offset fund."

2. Such fund shall consist of the moneys transferred thereto by the

comptroller pursuant to this section.

3. All moneys in the judiciary data processing offset fund shall be

available, subject to appropriation, for the payment of services and

expenses of the office of court administration necessary in the

discharge of its data processing function, including liabilities

incurred in a prior fiscal year.

4. All payments of moneys from the judiciary data processing offset

fund shall be made on the audit and warrant of the comptroller on

vouchers certified or approved by the chief administrator of the courts.
