N.Y. State Finance Law § 97-ddd: Federal single audit chargeback account

* § 97-ddd. Federal single audit chargeback account. There is hereby

established in the joint custody of the state comptroller and the

commissioner of taxation and finance an account to be known as the

federal single audit chargeback account in the internal services fund.

Notwithstanding any other law, rule or regulation to the contrary,

expenditures from the federal single audit chargeback account of the

division of the budget internal services fund shall be recovered by

charging those state departments and agencies responsible for their

respective percentages of costs associated with conducting and managing

the single audit, in accordance with a schedule of federal program audit

costs approved by the director of the budget.
