N.Y. State Finance Law § 97-qq: Statewide public safety communications account

§ 97-qq. Statewide public safety communications account. 1. There is

hereby established in the joint custody of the state comptroller and the

commissioner of taxation and finance a fund to be known as the

"statewide public safety communications account".

2. The statewide public safety communications account shall consist of

all monies deposited in this account pursuant to a subsequent chapter of

the laws of nineteen hundred ninety-eight, all monies appropriated for

its purpose, all monies transferred to such account pursuant to law, and

all monies deposited pursuant to any other law to be paid into or

credited to the account, including all monies received by the account or

donated to it.
