N.Y. Surrogate's Court Procedure Act § 1124: Appeal; bond 1

§ 1124. Appeal; bond

1. The public administrator is authorized to appeal from any order,

decree or judgment affecting an estate in his charge or in which he is a

party.

2. On such an appeal no bond on his part shall be required to stay

execution of the order, decree or judgment appealed from.
