N.Y. Tax Law § 1606: Authorization of lottery sales agents

§ 1606. Authorization of lottery sales agents. Notwithstanding any

other provision of law, any agent licensed pursuant to this article is

hereby authorized and empowered to act as a lottery sales agent.
