N.Y. Town Law § 212-a: Election of commissioners of Bethpage water district and Hicksville water district

§ 212-a. Election of commissioners of Bethpage water district and

Hicksville water district. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the

contrary, the annual election for commissioner of the Bethpage water

district and the annual election for commissioner of the Hicksville

water district of the towns of Oyster Bay and Hempstead in the county of

Nassau shall be conducted by the commissioner or commissioners of such

district in the manner prescribed by section two hundred twelve of this

article and shall be held on the second Tuesday in the month of December

of each year.
