N.Y. Town Law § 340: Laws repealed

§ 340. Laws repealed. Chapter sixty-three of the laws of nineteen

hundred nine, entitled "An act relating to towns, constituting chapter

sixty-two of the consolidated laws," and all acts amendatory thereof and

supplemental thereto, constituting the town law as heretofore in force,

are hereby repealed, except as otherwise provided herein.
