N.Y. Town Law § 77: Meetings of town boards on alteration of boundaries

§ 77. Meetings of town boards on alteration of boundaries. Whenever a

meeting of the town boards of two or more towns shall be required, in

order to carry into effect the provisions of this article, such meeting

may be called by either of the supervisors of such towns, by giving at

least three days' written notice to all the other members of such town

boards of the time and place of such meeting.
