N.Y. Transportation Corporations Law § 108: Regulation

§ 108. Regulation. In construction and operation of its plant and

equipment and in the transaction of its business, every such corporation

shall be subject to all regulations as to construction, fire, health and

safety imposed by law, ordinance or local authority.
