N.Y. Transportation Corporations Law § 30-a: Merger or consolidation of telephone corporations

§ 30-a. Merger or consolidation of telephone corporations. Any two or

more domestic telephone corporations may merge or consolidate with each

other, in accordance with the procedure and with the effect set forth in

article nine of the business corporation law.
