N.Y. Transportation Law § 230: Expenditure of monies

§ 230. Expenditure of monies. The monies received by the state from

the sale of bonds pursuant to the rail preservation bond act of nineteen

hundred seventy-four and the energy conservation through improved

transportation bond act of nineteen hundred seventy-nine shall be

expended pursuant to appropriation for any rail preservation project or

local street or highway project approved hereunder.
