Article 11. Transfer of Functions, Employees and Records; Continuity of Authority

§ 242. Transfer of records. The public service commission and the

department of public service shall deliver to the commissioner all

books, papers, records and property of such commission and department

pertaining to the functions transferred pursuant to this article.
