N.Y. Transportation Law § 250: Opinions, determinations, decisions and judgments

§ 250. Opinions, determinations, decisions and judgments. All

opinions, determinations, decisions and judgments hitherto rendered in a

court of competent jurisdiction in an action or proceeding in which the

public service commission or department of public service was a party

shall continue to be binding and effective with respect to the matters

therein determined with the same force and effect as if the department

of transportation or commissioner of transportation were a party

therein.
