N.Y. Transportation Law § 271: Codification of changes

§ 271. Codification of changes. The commissioner of transportation

shall prepare or cause to be prepared for submission to the next regular

session of the legislature a codification of the laws relating to the

functions, powers and duties of the department of transportation as

amended, repealed or modified by this chapter and other acts related

thereto and such other measures as may be appropriate to effectuate the

purposes of this chapter and such acts.
