N.Y. Transportation Law § 306: Progress reporting

§ 306. Progress reporting. The commissioner shall prepare and file

annually on or about the first of December with the governor, the office

of planning services, and the director of the budget a report on the

scope and results of construction undertaken in accordance with this

article.
