* § 409. Subregional pass through funds for program year starting July

first, nineteen hundred eighty-two. For the program year starting July

first, nineteen hundred eighty-two, subregional pass through funds shall

be made available to each county and city in proportion to its nineteen

hundred eighty population; however, no county shall receive less than

twenty-five thousand dollars.
