Article 17. Implementation of the Rebuild New York Through Transportation Infrastructure Renewal Bond Act of 1983

§ 424. Approval of projects. When the funds for municipal

transportation infrastructure renewal projects are appropriated to the

department, such projects shall be undertaken only pursuant to contract

with the commissioner entered into following submission to and approval

by the commissioner of a municipal project application therefor.
