N.Y. Transportation Law § 474: Approval of projects

* § 474. Approval of projects. When the funds for municipal

transportation infrastructure projects are appropriated to the

department, such projects shall be undertaken only pursuant to contract

with the commissioner entered into following submission to and approval

by the commissioner of a municipal transportation infrastructure project

application therefor.
