N.Y. Uniform Justice Court Act § 1913: Witnesses' fees

§ 1913. Witnesses' fees.

Witnesses in an action or a special proceeding or before a

commissioner or justice of this court taking a deposition, are entitled

to the same fees, including mileage, as a witness in an action in the

supreme court.
