N.Y. Vehicle & Traffic Law § 515: Alteration of convictions endorsed on licenses

§ 515. Alteration of convictions endorsed on licenses. No person

shall wilfully erase or otherwise make illegible, the record of a

conviction which has been endorsed on a license pursuant to the

provisions of section five hundred fourteen.
